On June 25th, a delegation led by the Vice-Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering, Jiangxi University of Water Resources and Electric Power visited our company for investigation and discussions on university-enterprise cooperation. Howard Zhu, Chairman of the Company, extended a warm welcome to the guests. Heads of the R&D Department and relevant company leaders accompanied the whole exchange event.

During the symposium, Chairman Howard Zhu briefed the delegation on the company's overall development, core products, R&D capabilities and future plans, and elaborated on the enterprise's demands for technological innovation and talent development. Faculty members from the School of Electrical Engineering introduced the school's discipline development, research strengths, talent training programs and existing achievements in university-enterprise cooperation.
Both sides held in-depth discussions on key topics including industry-university-research integration, joint technical research, co-construction of laboratories, targeted talent training and commercialization of scientific research outcomes. Favourable cooperation intentions were reached. The university and enterprise boast complementary and highly compatible strengths: the university can supply research resources and talents, while the enterprise provides industrial practice and implementation platforms. A long-term cooperation mechanism will be established to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.
On-site Tour of the Factory: Full-Process Inspection of Production and R&D
University faculty visited the company's production workshops and testing centre, observing the complete production procedures, manufacturing techniques and quality-testing processes for core products such as insulators and resistor chips.
The company's R&D lead gave an on-site presentation highlighting product craftsmanship, quality-control standards and technical advantages. The two parties had thorough conversations concerning product development, process improvement and key technical challenges in the industry. The university team offered professional guidance for the enterprise's technological upgrading.
Tour to Dikai: Recognition of Overseas-oriented Quality and Solid Technical Strength
At the Dikai Transformer Production Base, faculty members learned in detail about manufacturing features and technical highlights of transformer products, with focused inquiries into discrepancies between domestic and international product standards as well as adaptation systems for overseas markets.
The university representatives spoke highly of our standardized production system, rigorous quality control management, innovative R&D philosophy and global layout. They acknowledged the company's solid industrial capacity and promising development potential.
This university-enterprise visit and exchange has built an efficient communication bridge and laid a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation between both parties. Going forward, ECI will further advance industry-university-research collaboration.
